Access Pay-Per-View Content on TV (OTT) and Mobile Apps
Watch a Pay-Per-View broadcast on BlueFrame Television and Mobile applications. The images used show Roku and iOS, however, the process is the same on other devices.

Accessing via Television (OTT) Apps
Select the broadcast to watch within the App. If it is a pay-per-view broadcast a page appears providing a website to go to using a separate device (mobile device or computer) as well as a code to enter once at that URL.
Visit that webpage on another device (phone, computer, or tablet). You can also visit the following site in order to enter that code: Pay-Per-View Account Authorization. Enter the code when prompted. Click Submit.
Select Purchase Access or Already Purchased? Login To Access.
- If you already have an account and have purchased access click Login To Access. Then login to the account you initially used to purchase.
- If you haven't created an account or need to purchase access click Purchase Access. From there you can create an account, login with that account, and purchase access with a credit card. For more information on this process, please see Purchasing Access below.
Submit billing information or have log back in, An Order Successful screen appears. Select Watch Broadcast.
Once access is purchased and you log in to the app, the broadcast automatically starts to play within a few seconds.
Once the website is accessed and the code is entered on a separate device, you need to purchase access. Click Purchase Access.
Login to our purchasing system. You can log in with a Facebook account, Google account, or create a separate login for purchases with our system.
When logging in again to access a purchase at a later time, you MUST log in with the account you utilized to purchase initially, whether that was through our login, Facebook account, Google account, or Apple account.
Video may have more than one purchase option available. Choose one of the purchase options and click Next to proceed to the billing information page.
Enter in a new credit card. If you have made a purchase with us before and selected Remember Credit Card, you can select the previous card.
Enter the billing information (including credit card information).If asked, select the team from the dropdown menu.
Note: If you believe you will be making future purchases with BlueFrame, you can select the Remember Credit Card button in order for your credit card information to be saved.
An Order Successful page appears. Click Watch Broadcast and the content will begin playing within a few seconds on your television application.

You must have already purchased access in order to log in and view broadcasts on apps.
After purchasing via a browser, open the BlueFrame managed application to view. Navigate up to the menu bar in the upper left-hand corner of the app.
Select Login a second time.
You will then be taken to a login screen similar to the one you used to initially login and purchase in your browser.
On the login screen for vCloud, log in with the credentials used for the initial purchase.
You MUST log in with the same account you used to originally purchase, whether this was logging in via a generic, Facebook, Google, or Apple ID account.
Once logged in, you will then be returned to the app and the account logged in will be displayed there.
Navigate back into the app to access your purchased broadcasts.

After logging into my account, why do livestreams still have the lock icon?
Any pay-per-view livestreams will have the lock icon on them, this will not change after logging into your account, but you will be given access to livestreams associated with your purchase.
After logging in my Television App has not updated and I still do not have access, what's wrong?
Please ensure you are logging into the account you used to originally purchase. You must log in with the account you utilized to purchase initially, whether that was through our login, a Facebook account, a Google account, or an Apple account.
The account you are logged into on the app itself must match the account you used to purchase. If they do not match, in the app go to Profile and log out of the account. Then login to the account associated with your purchase.
If you continue to face issues, we would recommend closing the application entirely and attempting to access it again.
Where do I enter my Authorization Code?
You can visit the following site in order to enter that code: Pay-Per-View Account Authorization. Enter the code when prompted. Click submit, then login to the account you originally purchased under.
