View Broadcast Analytics
Learn the steps to accessing analytics for a single or multiple broadcast and what each analytic indicates.

Analytics for Single Broadcasts

Log into vcloud.blueframetech.com

Navigate to the Broadcast Grid page under Produce.

Use the filters at the top to filter by Section (sport), Date, etc.
To view Archived broadcast, navigate under the Status option and change it to Archived.
After each change is made, select the Update Filter open to apply the change and the broadcasts will then reflect that.

Find the broadcast to see analytics for, and select the bar graph icon off to the right.

A screen with various analytics will be shown.

The important viewership analytics can be seen at the top. In order to determine the number of viewers who viewed the broadcast, look at Unique Plays.
The default shows combined viewership as the broadcast was live and archived. Toggle between the three viewers to see each.

In a live broadcast total number of viewers can be seen.

Scroll down to see the viewership analytics for specific platforms, such as Apple vs. Android devices.
The pie chart breaks down whether viewers watched the broadcast live vs. archived.
Analytics for Multiple Broadcasts
Log in to vcloud.blueframetech.com

Navigate to the Broadcast Grid page under Produce.

Use the filters at the top to filter by Section (sport), Date, etc.
To view Archived broadcast, navigate under the Status option and change it to Archived.
After each change is made, select the Update Filter open to apply the change and the broadcasts will then reflect that.
Click Update Filter after changes have been made. Failing to do so will prevent changes from being saved.

Click on the bar graph icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Broadcast Grid once filters have been chosen.

Viewership analytics for all the broadcasts selected at the top will be shown. Breakdowns of the analytics for each broadcast will show.
If any of the broadcasts are live, current viewers will be shown.

Scroll down to see viewership numbers for reach broadcast broken down.
To download a copy of these stats, select the Export to CSV option.

A CSV file will download to your computer.
Upon opening the file, analytics will appear.
FAQs
Which analytic is the best representation of our viewership?
The Unique Plays analytic is the best representation. It represents unique users that viewed the livestream.
Is there any data on where are fans are watching from?
At this time we do not collect location data from fans. Doing so would require us to prompt them to share their location with us.
How can I see my pay-per-view revenue?
Pay-Per-View revenue can be seen on the Purchase History page, and is separate from viewership analytics.
