User Creation and Management
Through vCloud additional users with specific permissions can be created to help manage the account. Only an Administrator on the account can create new users.
These users are able to manage the account through vCloud or a BlueFrame software such as Production Truck or Remote Truck. This is not the same as a Fan account.
Creating a User and Assigning Permissions

To create a user, navigate to vCloud. From the Account tab, select Users.

Select Operations>Create User.

Fill out the information with name, email, and assign a password. This is what the user will use to log in to vCloud or other BlueFrame software/services. Select Save and Manage Permissions.

Assign the new appropriate permissions to manage the account.

For the user to have full permissions for the account make them a Site Admin. Under the Site Admin option, type in the name of your organization. Select it and check the box labeled Administrator.
For the user to have specific permissions, such as only being able to view broadcasts and not edit them, give them Contributor permissions.

Under the Contributor option, type in the name of your organization. Select it and check the appropriate boxes. For example, if you only wish for them to be able to view broadcasts, select Read under the Manage Broadcasts row.
For the user to be able to stream, edit broadcasts, etc. make them a Site Admin
Editing an Existing Accounts Permissions
If a user already has a BlueFrame account, edit permissions.

Under the same Users option, find the user's account by searching by name or email address. Select the Wrench icon.

Update their permissions by checking or unchecking boxes.

To add another organization to their permissions, type in the name of your organization. Select it and check the appropriate boxes. For example, for them to be able to view broadcasts, select Read under the Manage Broadcasts row.

The user I created is not showing up in my Manage Users area. Help!
If the user you created is not showing up under your Manage Users page, then that account was not properly associated with your organization. You will need to reach out to our Support Team.
I'm replacing someone at my organization, how can I create an account?
If you are replacing someone entirely at your organization, you will need to reach out to our Support Team
Why does the user I created not have the same permissions as me?
If you are an administrator and want another user to have the same control as you, you will need to assign them as a Site Admin under their user's permissions.
Can I login to my Pay-Per-View livestreams with my account?
No, your login on grants access to manage livestreams through vCloud. You can monitor your livestreams as an admin on vCloud.
I do not want a user to be able to edit my livestreams. How can I control this?
You can give them specific permissions under Contributor, such as enabling Livestreaming or Read Broadcasts on that User's permissions. Do not give them Site Admin permissions.
