Uploading a Video to the Archives Section
Upload previously recorded video to “On Demand” or archived section on your site.
Uploading a New Archived Video

Log in to vCloud. Navigate to the Broadcast Grid page under Produce.

Click Operations in the top right corner and select Create Broadcast.

This page is the same as that used to create and schedule a new broadcast. Fill out the section, title, event date and time, and contact information just for a live broadcast

Select Status and toggle from scheduled to archived. A window to upload a file will open.

Cick Create.
The broadcast is listed as archiving on the Monitor Broadcast page.

The archiving process may take some time. Once that process is complete, viewers will be able to watch the video under the On Demand section.
Replacing an Archived Video
If the event has been broadcast, but technical issues or network issues occurred at the venue, the option to replace the original archive with a better-looking raw broadcast is available.

Navigate to the Broadcast Grid page under Produce.

Find the broadcast to replace and select the pencil icon to the right of the broadcast to get to the Update Broadcast.

Click Status section to expand. The status should already be Archived.

Click Recorded Stream. Click Upload New Video from the drop down.

Click on the upload button and choose the file on the computer. The file will automatically start uploading and the progress bar will advance. This can take some time depending on the quality and length of the video.
We recommend the file size be 10 GB or less. Uploading files larger than 10 GB may take an extended period of time and may result in poor upload quality.

Click Save once the upload is complete. After the upload, there will be an additional length of time the file will process, this is dependent on the size of the file.
