Delete a Livestream

  1. Log into vcloud.blueframetech.com

    Navigate to the Broadcast Grid page under Produce.

  2. Use the filters at the top to filter by Section (sport), Date, etc. to find the broadcast you are looking to delete.

    If you are trying to delete an Archived broadcast, navigate under the Status option and change it to Archived.

    After each change is made, select the Update Filter open to apply the change and the broadcasts will then reflect that.

  3. Find the broadcast and select the X icon to the right of the broadcast.

  4. You will be asked if you are certain. Select Yes, Delete.

That broadcast will then be removed from your account and fans will no longer be able to view this livestream.

If this was a pay-per-view livestream, fans will not be refunded. If you need to refund fans, you will need to reach out to our Support Team.

Recover a Deleted Livestream

  1. Log into vcloud.blueframetech.com

    Navigate to the Broadcast Grid page under Produce.

  2. Navigate up to the upper right and click on Operations, then select View Trash.

  3. Find the livestream you wish to recover. Then select the arrow icon.

    Only livestreams deleted in the last 30-days will appear in this list. If it was deleted beyond 30-days, then the broadcast is no longer on our system and cannot be recovered.

  4. You will be asked to confirm if you wish to recover the livestream. Click Ok to confirm.

  5. The livestream will then be removed and appear back in your regular livestream list on the Broadcast Grid.
