Sharing Video Clips & Screenshots
Share video clips and screenshots on Twitter and Facebook via Production Truck.
Due to the public changing infrastructure at Twitter, our integration with the platform may experience issues.
Log in your Twitter and/or Facebook account in Production Truck. If you are unsure how to do this go to Logging in for Social Media Sharing.
Social Media sharing is currently only available on Mac Production Truck
Sharing Video Clips

Open the Video Clips window, by selecting the Video Clips button on the left of Production Truck.

In the Video Clips Editor window, click the social sharing icon on the far left side.

This will open a Social Media Sharing window. Choose which social media accounts to share. You can choose both accounts. Type a message to accompany the post.

An image preview of the clip to share will show on the left side of the window. If you wish to share only a screenshot, select the image option.

Click Post>Confirm.
There may be some duration and/or file size limitations when sharing

Choose to remove the video clip and post a normal tweet with no media by clicking none next to the Image option. Or scrub to a point of interest in the video and choose the image option to share a still image.
Sharing Screenshots

To share a screenshot from a broadcast locate the social sharing icon to the left of the Overlay and Clear options.

This will open a Social Media Sharing window. In this window, choose which social media accounts to share. You can choose both accounts. Type a message to accompany the post.

An image preview of the clip to share will show on the left side of the window. If you wish to share only a screenshot, select the image option. Click Post>Confirm.

FAQ
I'm not able to post a particular message, why is that?
In some cases, certain social media websites can flag multiple posts as spam. It may be best to wait between posts in order for the likelihood of being flagged as spam to go down.
Additionally, the images or clips that you are attempting to post maybe too big in size, we would recommend reducing their length or quality to prevent the social media websites from preventing the post.
