If Production Truck is Offline

Bring Production Truck online

If Production Truck is offline this directly correlates with the network that is connected to the internet.

  • Go to vcloud.blueframetech.com to ensure that you can pull up this site and log in there.
  • Disconnect wifi completely and try reconnecting to the wifi network.
  • While Production Truck is offline you can still go into trial mode.

While in trial mode you can still pull a camera into Production Truck. You can also pull in audio. You cannot go into test mode or live because Production Truck is offline. Make sure you are connected to a network if you want to stream.
