What Syncs to MaxPreps?

Your Roster - Your roster syncs from Hudl to MaxPreps, because of this you will need to add athletes to your roster on Hudl first. For more information on your roster and MaxPreps, click here.

Your Schedule - Your schedule syncs from MaxPreps to Hudl. You will want to enter your schedule on MaxPreps first and then import to Hudl. Need to make updates due to schedule changes? Click here for more information.

Your Box Score - Your box score and data will sync from Hudl to MaxPreps. This tutorial will walk you through how to send stats to MaxPreps. Not seeing your stats after exporting? Check out this tutorial on how to approve your stats on MaxPreps.

Your Highlights - Your highlights will sync to MaxPreps from Hudl if your privacy settings are set to show. For more information on highlights and MaxPreps, click here.

Athlete Privacy Information

An athlete will never be removed from your Hudl roster if you delete them on your MaxPreps roster.

Personal information, such as phone numbers and email addresses will never be exchanged.

How did my Hudl data get on MaxPreps?

Athletes that are set on your public roster will import from Hudl to MaxPreps. Box score data can also be sent from Hudl to MaxPreps (click here to learn how). Any changes you make to your schedule on Hudl will update on MaxPreps as long as you imported your schedule from MaxPreps and your team is linked.

Highlights will import to MaxPreps if you have privacy set to show. To learn more, click here.

Some of the information is inaccurate. What can I do?

You will need to edit the roster, data or schedule on Hudl. (It can take up to 30 minutes before the edits appear on MaxPreps.)

If you need to update stats, please make the updates in your data and send your stats again for this to update.

What are the best practices for my Hudl schedule?

Make sure you do not mark scrimmages, passing tournaments, and practices as regular-season games.

If you have an update, make the change on Hudl and on MaxPreps.

What should I do if there is an error on MaxPreps?

Your highlights will sync to MaxPreps from Hudl if your privacy settings are set to show. If you do not want your highlights to sync to MaxPreps, you will want to set your highlights to hide. This tutorial will show you how to update your privacy settings.
