Exchange Video in a League Pool

Exchange Video in a League Pool (Computer)

Only Team Administrators can exchange film with other teams. The League option will only appear if your league has requested a pool exchange. To request a league pool, email support@hudl.com with the name of the league and included schools.

Add Video to the League Pool

Adding your own video to the league pool automatically gives you access to video other teams have added that week.

  1. Click Exchanges, then select Pool.

  2. Click Add Video to unlock the league pool.

  3. Choose your schedule entry and select the video(s) you would like to add to the league pool, then click Next.

  4. Select any additional data you want to share with the league, then click Next.

  5. Click Add Video. You now have access to the video that has already been added to the pool.

Didn’t play this week? Click Bye Week or Home Team Recorded to unlock the league pool without adding your own film.

Add Opponent Scout Film to your Library

You will know whether or not a team has added video to the league pool that week by looking at the icon next to their name.

No Video: The team has not yet added video this week.
Video: The team has added video and has access to all previously added video.
No Recent Video: The team had a “bye” week and has no recent video to add to the pool.

  1. Click the name of the opponent whose video you’d like to add to your library.

  2. The video that the school has added to the pool will be displayed. Hover your mouse over the video and click Add to Your Library.

  3. Choose a location in your library to save.

  4. Choose the video type.

  5. Select who you’d like the video to be shared with.

  6. Click Add This Video and the opponent scout video will be added to your library.

  2. Tap Add More Video and choose your schedule entry.

  3. Select the schedule entry.

  4. Select the video(s) you'd like to add and tap Next.

  5. Choose any additional data you'd like to send and tap Next.

  6. Tap Add Video to gain access to the pool.
