Transfer Playbook Between Teams

Only Team Administrators can transfer the playbook.

  1. Log in to Hudl.com, then hover over Play Tools and select Playbook.

  2. Click INSTALLS. If you haven't created an install yet, learn how here.

  3. Select the install and click Export.

  4. Enter the recipient’s email address and click Export Install.

    An email will also be sent to all team administrators informing them who exported the install.

  5. An Import Key Code will be sent to the recipient. To import, open the installs on the team you're transferring plays to and click Import.

    This code will remain active for seven days and can only be used once.

  6. Copy and paste the Import Key Code and click Import. All play cards, video, and player assignments will be imported.
