Share Video and Data

New Hudl is the future of Hudl, and we're just getting started. As we continue to release new features and improvements throughout the 2023 season, we'd appreciate your feedback along the way.

New Hudl allows you to share content via shared links through email, text, Hudl messaging, and more. Only team members will be able to access shared links—and they'll see the exact same video, filters, and layout as the person who shared it.

  1. Click Share.

  2. Click the down arrow to expand the dropdown of users to share with.

  3. Select the groups or users you would like to share with.

  4. Click the Share button to share with the user(s) you selected.

How do I create a group?

Can I change who this is shared with?

Yes, after the playlist has been created, you can go back into the sharing options and change who has access.

How do I view a Hudl link someone has sent me?

If you have been sent a Hudl link outside of your account, double-check that you are logged into Hudl before clicking the link. Then make sure that link leads to a team you are listed on. If the URL is for another team, you will not be able to view that video.
