Download a Presentation

on a Windows computer on a Mac computer

Download a Presentation (Windows)

  1. Log in to Hudl.com, hover over Video and select Library.

  2. Check the circle next to the playlist you'd like to download, then click Modify.

  3. Select Download from the drop-down.

  4. Choose Presentation as the file type and click Download.

  5. When you receive the email, click the blue link to begin the download.

  6. Find the downloaded zipped file in the computer’s Downloads folder. Right-click the file and select Extract and Extract All.

    The extracted folder will contain the "Start" folder and the "z" folder. If you want to move the presentation to an external drive, you'll need to move the parent folder that contains both of these.

  7. Once extracted, open the folder labeled "Start", followed by the name of the presentation. This is where your presentation is stored.

    The "Start" and "z" folders must remain together to successfully use your downloaded presentation.

  8. The .html file is your presentation. Double-click to view.

    Your presentation will open in a browser window, but you don't need an internet connection to view it.

Download a Presentation (Mac)

  1. Log in to Hudl.com, hover over Video and select Library.

  2. Check the circle next to the playlist you'd like to download, then click Modify.

  7. Once extracted, open the folder labeled “Start”, followed by the name of the presentation. The .html file within is your presentation. Double-click to view.
