Add Coaches

Only team admin­is­tra­tors can add coaches.

  1. Log in to Hudl​.com, then hov­er over Team and select Manage Team.

  2. Click Add Team Members.

  3. Fill out the coach’s infor­ma­tion in the fields pro­vid­ed. Select Role then Coach or give your coach Admin capabilities.

    Admins can: 

    • Add, edit and delete coaches
    • Access all library content
    • Exchange video with oth­er Hudl teams
    • Send recruit­ing packages
    • View and pay invoices 
  4. All oth­er fields are option­al. Phone Number and Phone Carrier are nec­es­sary if you plan to use text notifications.

  5. Click Save and Add Another.

Only team admin­is­tra­tors can add coaches.

  1. Log in to the Hudl app and tap Team Members.

  2. Tap the add mem­ber icon.

  3. Enter the required infor­ma­tion for First Name, Last Name and Email.

    Phone Number and Phone Carrier are nec­es­sary if you plan to use text notifications.

  4. Select Coach.

  5. Tap Save & Add Another or Save Member.

    You’ll see a con­fir­ma­tion mes­sage at the top of your screen once your coach has been suc­cess­ful­ly added.
