Use Picture in Picture
Picture in Picture allows for a secondary camera source over top of the main camera source. This is useful when trying to give a live look-in at a different game or when there is a camera setup on the game clock and that is wanted displayed.
Go to Extras in the top menu bar of Production Truck and select PIP. This will open the Picture in Picture window.
Select the source. This will be the secondary camera source that will be placed over top of the main camera.
Crop the view of that video feed.
Move the video to where it is to be displayed. To adjust the size of the video change the values at the bottom of the window.
Click Add and it will appear on the program screen.
There is now a live secondary camera source playing over the top of the main camera. You can still change your main camera between Camera Sources A, B, C, and D - your Picture in Picture feed will stay the same and will remain on top.
My Picture-in-Picture is not displaying correctly, why?
Our picture-picture cropping expects a standard video format of 16:9, please ensure your camera or device's settings are set to this format. Additionally using standard resolutions like 1280 x 720 or 1920 x 1080.
Can we display camera views side-by-side?
Unfortunately, that is not possible at this time. Picture-in-Picture can not display two video feeds on a full-screen side by side.
Can we pull a Picture-in-Picture from a website or other external source?
We officially support displaying a picture-in-picture image from another hardwired camera source. We cannot guarantee that all external sources will display properly in the Picture-in-Picture format.
