We’re making improve­ments to our support resources for pro­fes­sion­al analysts.

Hudl is launching a new 24-hour global support service to connect users with our support team, ensuring even better, faster and more effective service for professional analysts.

Sportscode users can contact support like they always have to speak to a specialist anytime.

“At Hudl we pride ourselves on providing outstanding service to all of our users, no matter where they are in the world,” Mick Conlan, director of elite support said. “We understand that professional sport is a 24-hour business. The new communications system we have implemented will help us improve our response times.”

Each of our support teams based in North America, Asia-Pacific and Europe are staffed with industry experts from every major sport.

75 percent of our support specialists are former analysts of sports, including football, basketball, rugby, field hockey, ice hockey, netball, Australian rules football and volleyball. 82 percent have coaching experiences themselves, and several have advanced degrees in sports analysis, psychology, performance or development.

Normal support hours are 7 a.m.–10 p.m. in North America (CT), APAC (AEDT) and Europe (GMT). Outside these times, all support calls will be directed to English-speaking experts in another region.
