These drills will help get your players ready for training through key muscle activations.

This practice involves players performing various activation exercises, in order to prepare for the upcoming strength and conditioning training. The prehabilitation exercises demonstrated help players to prevent injuries, restore biomechanics, optimise movement and ultimately improve performance.
