Course 5:   Video Review Tools

Lesson 1:   Create Playlists

  1. Create clips. Pull out the most important teaching moments from your match and use them for individual review or team review.

  2. Build playlists from tags. It takes a long time to sort through the video from a match. Filter by a team or player, plus any stat, to quickly narrow down your search for that one serve you need to review. Then save it to a playlist to share with others.

  3. Turn reports into playlists. Click any underlined value in your reports page to see the video associated with that stat. Send those clips to a playlist at the click of a button.

  4. Add clips to an existing playlist. Playlists aren’t set in stone. If your team is working on more consistent serving, keep adding clips to your Serve Review” playlist throughout the season to track your team’s progress.

  1. Take it to the next level

  2. Label your playlists. Use custom labels to group playlists any way you want. Create a custom label for each athlete, or individual skills. The possibilities are endless.

  3. Create playlists of individual skills. Have an setter who’s really struggling to get the ball all the way to the pin? Create a playlist and share it with just her. Now those teaching moments can happen off the court, too.

  4. Create an example” playlist. Find an elite player’s best digs or smartest plays and save a playlist of them. This can be the perfect inspiration for your team.
