Solution Steps
Start by Uninstalling
On a PC
- Close out of all internet browsers
- Click your computer’s Start Menu
- Click Control Panel
- Go to Add or Remove Programs
- Scroll to find Microsoft Silverlight
- Click on Microsoft Silverlight and then click Uninstall
On a Mac
- Close out of all internet browsers
- Double click on the hard drive icon on your desktop
- Navigate to your Internet Plug-Ins: /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/
- Drag Silverlight.plugin into your trash bin
- Drag WPFe.plugin into the trash bin if you see it in your Plug-Ins folder
- Empty your trash bin
Now Reinstall Silverlight
- Go to http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight
- Click Install to get Silverlight back onto your machine
