Current support hours for Silver and Gold customers are:
Monday - Friday from 7:00am to 7:00pm Central.
Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm Central.
Sunday from 10:00am to 4:00pm Central.
If you are a Platinum customer you have 24/7 support.
