The Best Wrestlers Watch Themselves

There’s an old saying that a champion does what’s expected and then some. “He’s always had that ‘then some,” explained University of Nebraska-Omaha Head Wrestling Coach, Mike Denny.“We’ve been proud to have him on our team and in our family. He would be the guy you knew went home at night and studied his every move from that last match.”

The Sturgis, S.D., product is UNO’s most decorated wrestler, owning the all-time career wins title with a 179-7 record from 2003-2006, and is the only Maverick to ever win four individual national titles.

“The world-team wrestlers have one thing in common – they watch video of themselves.

Pittsburg State Women’s Basketball Dominates with Hudl

From 2005-2008, the Pittsburg State women’s basketball team collected a total of 32 wins, averaging just over 10 wins per season. The 2008-09 campaign brought dramatic improvement for the Gorillas, as Head Coach Lane Lord and his squad rose from last place to third place in the MIAA Conference with the program’s first 20-win campaign since 1995. Lord credits a lot of their success to the team’s use of Hudl.

Gaining an Edge

The New York Jets have a rich history of success dating back to their Super Bowl III win over the Baltimore Colts. After a disappointing 4-12 record in 2007, though, the Jets were looking for something that could turn their luck around in 2008.

In the off-season the team added a few key weapons to their line-up by signing a handful of top-notch free agents, trading for three-time NFL MVP Brett Favre, and becoming the first NFL team to use Hudl Pro.
