Spot shadows, music and more

Hudl lets athletes take their highlights to the next level. Add spot shadow animations like the ones you see on TV. Top it off with sick beats and title slides customized with your picture and information.

You don’t have to work at Pixar to pull this off.

With a couple of clicks, you’ve got a premium highlight reel that will put others to shame—and it didn’t cost you $600 a pop.

Hudl highlights will blow your mind.

Auto completing names for a highlight is one way Hudl speeds up the process

Super fast highlighting

As you’re working your way through video, you’ll come across some amazing clips. To highlight an athlete, just click the star next to the clip and type in part of a name or select from your list of recently highlighted athletes.

Most of the highlights will come from just a few of your athletes, so creating a highlight as a coach is normally two clicks. Once you star the clip, Hudl does the rest.

Players can highlight themselves

Player see the same “star” that coaches do but when they click it, the play is marked as a highlight for them and shows up on their public athlete page without the athlete having to type a thing. The coach always has final veto power on highlight clips, so if you want, you can help your players narrow the highlight down to just the right footage.

What will you do with all your free time if players can make their own highlights? Spend more time analyzing the game or building in-depth reports, of course!

Players can have highlights across sports and seasons

The automagic highlight reel

Over the season as you accumulate highlight clips, Hudl will automagically update a highlight reel for the athlete that spans games, seasons, and even sports.

You don’t need to lift a finger.

Order a DVD of Highlight Reel

Get your athletes noticed

Hudl allows you to order a DVD of any of the athlete’s highlights—by game, season, and sport. Or, if you’re working with a progressive recruiter, just email them a link directly to the athlete’s page.

Don’t forget about grandpa and grandma, either. Sharing highlights online is fastest way to tell the world about the team’s success—parents, athletes, boosters, recruiters, and the community love the fact that highlights are up-to-date and available online all season long.
