It’s Time To Get Crackin’ in Hudl Again - Are You Ready For This Season?

We have gotten quite a few calls about making payments, and adding new schedules and players for this next season.

To make your lives easier, and ours, we have created this checklist to make sure you are ready for this season. So start marking them off as you go!

  1. Adding a new season for your team:
  2. Note: If you are a high school team linked on MaxPreps, you will notice that you are prompted to import your roster and schedule. Do this to save yourself time!
  3. Not linked on MaxPreps?
  4. Disable players from the past season:
    • Click on the Manage tab and go to the roster for the previous season. Run your mouse over each player that you want to disable. Click Disable. This will ensure they aren’t going to get future messages and playlists that you send to the team.
  5. Change players in your 2010-2011 season to the appropriate grade level for this year. Hopefully most of them have moved up a grade!
  6. Move important playlists from the past season into your new season:
    • Click on Manage and go to Library
    • Put a check mark in the box next to the games you are wanting to move
    • Click Move in the top left corner and move the game to the 2010 season under the appropriate category
  7. Delete any old opponent scout videos from the 2009 season that you don’t want taking up space- Remember, you can also download these games back down into your Hudl Video Editor. You can then keep them on your computer’s hard drive or transfer them to an external hard drive. If you decide you want that game back online, just hit publish on the project once again.
  8. Using billing and invoices- get your account all paid up!
  9. Tell the newbies  on your team about Hudl

Now that you have gone through this list, you should be set to go- Good luck this season!
