Friday Motivation: Nation’s Oldest Football Player

Alan Moore is more than just a non-traditional student. At 61, he’s also the nation’s oldest active football player. Moore, a Vietnam veteran, is a place kicker for the Faulkner University (Montgomery, Ala.) Eagles football team. He played football at Holmes Community College in Mississippi in 1960 before leaving for Vietnam.
Have some athletes that seem to be lacking motivation? Tell them about Moore, and remind them what you can accomplish with hard work.
